We study the sampling problem for ferromagnetic Ising model with consistent external fields, and in particular, Swendsen-Wang dynamics on this model. introduce a new grand unifying two closely related models: subgraph world random cluster Through viewpoint, we show: polynomial mixing time bounds (edge-flipping) Glauber of model, generalising simplifying proofs no-field case by Guo Jerrum (2018); near linear above if maximum degree is bounded all fields are (consistent and) away from 1.
